Pen Blank Order Form,
email, or telephone to order from us. We will calculate your shipping cost
and email you a total price. We do not have a secure page, so
please call us with credit card numbers.

Payment Types Accepted:
US and Canada: Our preferred method for online payment is PayPal. We also accept online payments with MasterCard and
Visa (through ProPay). A personal check or money orders
are
fine also.
International: For orders outside of the United States and Canada we accept PayPal.
If you wish to use PayPal we will send you a PayPal payment request. If you wish to
pay by credit card please call us with the number, or if you
wish we will send you a secure link to ProPay for secure online
payment.

Where We Ship:
We ship to the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
We also ship to those portions of Europe and Australia where US Postal Service
Global Priority Mail delivery is available.
How We Ship:
United States: We ship USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail and UPS (for orders over
about 5 lbs).
International: For orders outside of the US we use USPS Global Priority Mail.
Smaller orders to Canada may also be sent Letter Post.
We try to ship standard off the shelf orders within 2 days of receipt of payment
(except Sundays and Postal Holidays). Please allow 4 to 5 days
for shipment of Dymondwood larger than pen blanks. Larger stock
is often cut to order.
Note: For PayPal payments, we can only ship to your confirmed PayPal address. For
Credit card payments, we can only ship to your billing address.
Shipping Costs:
Whenever possible we use USPS flat rate Priority Mail packaging.
We will use the most economical that will fit your order.
Pouches are $5.50 and flat rate boxes are $11.00 and $14.50. Stock over 14"
long is shipped at $1.00 over actual shipping cost.
We can determine your shipping costs for
a potential order when you provide us your zip code or postal code.
U.S. Pen Blank orders up to a quantity of 34 (standard) and 26
(jumbo) can normally ship for in a USPS flat rate package
for $5.50 shipping cost. For additional information on

Tax:
We are required to charge county specific sales tax to orders shipped to a Wisconsin
address.
